Tiny Tales
In this project, I worked as a freelance UX/UI designer, collaborating with developers to design a mini game app featuring AI-generated stories.
(This project is in its final development stage, with release preparations underway)
Timeline: 2 months Tools: Figma & Excalidraw
1. Discovery Phase
Brief
A startup called Tiny Tales requested the design of a minimal mobile game app and logo. The app features daily interactive stories, each offering four different possible endings. Players’ choices determine how the story unfolds.
Goals
1. Design a clear and minimal user flow that simplifies key interactions such as signing up, reading stories, and leaving comments.
2. Boost user engagement, return visits, and interaction with community features through reactions, comments, and saved stories.
1.1 Market Research
I analyzed several story apps to inform my design decisions. Based on this research, I learned that:
1. It is important to let users adjust font, font size, and light/dark themes, ensuring an accessible experience for diverse reading preferences and visual needs.
2. Organizing content into modular sections is an effective way to create a clean, minimal, and user-friendly interface.

2. Prototype
I designed a minimal interface using a glass effect, which was loved by the stakeholders.
After signing up, users are immediately directed to the Story of the Day screen.
The app includes accessibility settings such as font style, font size, and brightness adjustments.
After finishing a story, users can leave a reaction, and on the reactions page, they can easily read comments from others.
